Exchanges & Returns:

If you would like to return or exchange your product, click here to download the return/exchage form. Fill out the form and include it with the returned item. Once we receive the item, we will provide a full refund of the merchandise price, minus actual shipping & handling fees, as long as the items are unused, not washed, and in the original packaging. If the item is returned without the original packaging, there will be a 20% re-packaging/re-stocking fee.

For an exchange, we will ship out the new product to you as soon as we receive the returned item. Note that shipping charges will apply to re-ship out a new product and will be charged to the credit card used for the original purchase.

We are not responsible for any lost returned item. We highly suggest that you obtain a tracking # as a reference for the returned item. Any lost package without a tracking # is the responsibility of the customer.

There will be 20% re-stocking fee on all returned Mia Bossi Diaper Bags unless you are exchanging for a different Mia Bossi Diaper Bag or there is a defect. You must send us an email (support@embellishedmom.com) BEFORE returning to get a Return Authorization # and instructions on returning the bag. Refunds will not be given unless you have a Return Authorization #.
